Safe Air is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air New Zealand. It is grouped under the Air New Zealand Operations and Technical Division as an associated business within the Air New Zealand Ventures business unit.

Safe Air Australia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Safe Air Limited (New Zealand).
